Independent School Receives Hall of Fame Award

Kansas City, MO — December 8, 2020 — The Leawood Chamber of Commerce honored The
Barstow School with its Hall of Fame Award during the virtual 2020 Annual Meeting on Tuesday,
Dec. 8. Barstow received the award for its work to provide continuous in-person and online learning
throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as its role in a public-private partnership that provided
millions of meals to food-insecure Kansas families.
